What is LRAD

Do you know that there is this weapon called LRAD (long-range acoustic device). It is a sonic weapon device that can put out a highly directional “beam” of incredibly loud sound, up to 160 decibels (dB). This is how destructive noise is, it is a weapon. The same with other amplified noise with subwoofer bass noise that can drive any reasonable human completely bonkers. Or the horrible singing of your super off-tuned kapitbahay which can make you imagine bloody murder. Amplified noise has to be outlawed. PERIOD.
