Anti Noise Crusaders of the Philippines (ANCOP) was established on February 10, 2014, in Cebu City by the Founding Fathers Marlou Aurelio Biore Maranga and Mark Wernher Pescadero Maranga. Registered in the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) by Co-Founder Chairman and Board of Trustees Lea Ticman Santos of Muntinlupa City on July 26, 2022
ANCOP is a group of simple people who are victims of Noise Nuisance/Pollution and are now fighting for their rights recognized by the law. To live in a peaceful community and healthful ecology in accord with the rhythm and harmony of nature.
This campaign started with one family living in a community where laws and ordinances regulating noise pollution are hardly implemented. A family who is enduring the noise of inconsiderate neighbors.
So, we invite everyone to join us and share their experiences and issues about noise pollution....
